Ouch, That's intense, When a person appeals it may not be because they are ashamed of what they have done, but they might have been banned for quite a while and wish to return to the server, Often If I didn't trust someone very much I'd tell them to play one of the other servers to regain trust in the community then a possible unban, Though it is up to you I just feel this would be a bit harsh
