How does talking about cm banned people cause drama?

Because while some people may agree with the reasoning behind the ban given, others may not agree which will cause a split between the community and needless arguments, especially with the more controversial community bans, as far as I know, based on how the TOU is worded, you may talk about them, but not about the reasoning behind their bans

But doesnt that happen with 99% of the post made?, Like ssrp suggestion post Some people agree with it or support it, And some people think the Idea is shit, Stones post earlier today, Some people welcomed him back Some people basically told him to burn in hell
