I know it can be frustrating when you make an admin request and it does not get answered for a long time but many times we are short staffed on the server and it can take a long time to respond to requests. So just try being more patient in the future and not jump to the conclusion that no one cares or wants to help you.

Another thing to note when submitting an F1 request is that when you already have a request and you submit another one or resubmit it you jump back down to the bottom of the list as though you just made it and staff handle F1's in order of oldest to newest. I wish you could see if they have multiple requests or see that their first request was older but it's just how the system works for now. Just so you can keep that in mind.
