Thank you for making this report. Under normal circumstances, the report wouldn't get unlocked, but I've decided to take a deeper look, since I'm able to. After reviewing the evidence, I've decided it's rather apparent both of are harassing you. Not only did they RDM you in 3:25, but they also false wanted you first and then rdm'd you in 5:00. They had no RP way of knowing you weren't unarrested after leaving the PD, so it counts as RDM. They were also corrupt cops, allowing a gangster who was carrying an "illegal slam" in the PD which is AOS/KOS for anyone not a police job. It's very apparent these two are closely cooperating, so Jabbe will be held accountable to the same punishment. I'd take action against Osama, but there's no way we could confidently grab their steamIDs and say that's actually them.
Now, on the other hand, if anyone provides evidence with steamID that you did insult them, Jabbe's punishment will be lighten'd. Until then, Jabbe will get banned for 12 hours for the following reason;

Harassment of a user+RDMx2+false wanted+corrupt cop

If this continues, make a report abuse at once and I'll take heavier action against the user, as harassment is despicable and isn't tolerated to any extent.
