Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as moderator has helped me alot. Has taught me quite a bit of how to handle different difficult situations. I have been trying to be quite effective doing the f1s fast and efficiently and my goal is always try to make people enjoy the server more. If i get admin i think it would help me be more efficient and i'd be able to handle more situations without calling an admin to help me out because of lack of powers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was once a few player group mass rulebreaking early at morning and there was no staff online except me. So that was quite a challenge to handle them, but i think i did quite well and of course i tried to get an admin online to help me out to ban them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
F1 system is simple to use. When you press f1 it shows 4 different tabs.












F6 Menu is used to check player's punishments. You can search players with their steam id or opening up list of players that currently online.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello! I have reviewed your appeal and it does seem like you are sorry. I have talked with the admin who has banned you and we have decided to unban you.
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I believe I should be promoted to Administrator due to my past Experience as Staff on SSRP. I've been Staffing in the past and enjoyed my time doing so. I've dealt with plenty of Staff Situations and dealt with most of them properly and in a Professional way.
After i resigned, i did show bad/immature attitude for some time. But I will be taking my job as staff professionally. I will be showing much better attitude and well improved activity during this week.
I personally think it isn't necessary for me to apply for mod, because i am trusted with powers and it would be a big help to users if i applied straight for admin because it would make my job as staff much easier so i could handle rulebreaks and stuff like that faster.

Sorry for all the troubles i've caused lately.
