I can’t vote on this but I will give my opinion. So this means nothing but take the advice onboard. You activity is inconsistent and you get ~1 hour a day on the server that is better than half of TTT lead team but your lacking dedication. If you look at my game tracker I get ~3 hours+ Everyday(Here) and when I see you on you don’t stand out you handle some reports and really gag or mute people you leave it to others so your not perfect. Many lead team isn’t for you as your so arrogant and think your perfect you should be a leader not someone trying to show how good you think you are.
And you application is lacking a lot of detail sowing you don’t really know what to do your trying to be as vague as possible. If you want to I can link you mine which has ~1900 words.
