Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match aka rdm is when a guy kill someone for no reason, expect in the case of a raid, a robbery, a hit, a self-defence or when you get accidently hit by a car in the road

Scenario: - [RDM] A Miner is walking in the crack hosue district when a Shop Owner with a psg, scope and kill him
- [NOT RDM] You get accidently killed by a car when you get out of the spawn
- [NOT RDM] You get raid by 3 gangsters and they kill you

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule aka NLR is a rule that forbids you to come back in the district when you die. You have a NLR Timer to respect until you can go back in the district where you died. If you go back in the district before the timer is over you broke NLR

Scenario: -[NLR] You suicide in the polcie station, you can't go back in the Mining & Police District until the NLR Timer ends
-[NOT NLR] You are a police and you get killed during a raid to desactivate the nuke. You can go raid again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First, i will ask to the player x if he has a proof or the RDM like a record. If not, i can't do anything.
-If yes, i watch it, i see if there is RDM: -If yes, i warn the player y
-If not, i can't warn the player y and i let him go back

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I look when are the kills are done,
- If there is more than 3 minutes between the kills, he did not break NLR
- If there is less than 3 minutes, he broke NLR and i warn him

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen because i'm very active on the servers (160 hours in 1.5 month). I've got rdmed a lot of times and there isn't admins or mods to warn or ban him. I don't like when people break rules. If there is rules, they need to be respected. There is a lot of french players coming in to the server so i can help thems and also english players
