Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

Well I'd show them a video that is pretty simple not too complicated if they still could not get the hang of it, I'd further teach them myself on what keys to use what to do and not what to do such as hitting w on a ramp etc.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

In this kind of situation i would simply ask the person to stop as a verbal warning if they continued to mic spam or text spam I'd mute them for a certain period of time. After them being un-muted if they can't seem to get their act together I'd kick them because it's clear they have no real intentions of enjoying the server.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I'd tell them to quit exploiting if they continued their actions, I would kick them from the server for exploiting, If for some reason that same person joined back and continued on I would contact a higher up to ban them temporarily or permanently depending on the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I think I should be chosen because I have experience staffing in the community, Though some things happened in the past of me staffing I have since changed how I handle things. I plan on making the community a better place for players to be. Everyone here is here for fun not to have a bad time on the Zarp servers. Surf has always been fun for me and I know just how bad it is to join a server to find mic spammers spouting racist slurs, music, spamming things in chat, the list goes on and on and on. That's not what I want for the surf server or any of the Zarp servers I want to make the servers a better place for players
