Actually a lot of players do forget things when they are annoyed. He was banned for no reason on the teamspeak whilst me and him were playing gmod. We did not use discord due to him stating in his appeal that he was banned off of teamspeak at the time and I deleted a lot of people off of my steam account at that time because I was cleaning my friends list so he had no way of contacting me. He clearly was not thinking straight and he has decided to apologise, and even go as far to apologise to players on the teamspeak to try and prove himself as much as he can.
You are forgetting that Gloratic was cm banned for some time before this ban was initially placed so I really wouldn't be surprised if he forgot about some of the features on SSRP.

I seriously don't know what PM (other than Private Messages) is.
