What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where a dead runner or a death gives information about a trap that helps benefit the runner to advance past the trap. an example is when you have 2 doorways. one is rigged and the other one is not. A dead runner or a fellow death decides to tell the living which door to go through to advance to the next trap. This is ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell the person who is being disrespectful to stop being negative towards others. If the person keeps on being disrespectful I would warn them and gag/mute depending on which method they are using to bring down other players.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen as I have the experience of being a mod and admin under the name "MJ4B104" until my PC broke. I know the rules and know how to appropriately deal with all situations. I also think I should be chosen as I am heavily invested in letting players have the best experience on Zarp and expand death-run and make it as big and as fun as it used to be. I am also on at peak times and odd hours when there are people on the server but no staff.
