I was gathering resources to craft a nuke, as I dont got booster packs I have inventory weight of 30 which cant hold 500 uranium and 150 steel.

to craft me a nuke so he said sure yea he took a while to craft it so I asked him what took you so long he said its mine and i didnt agree to give it to you which if i am not wrong its SCAM

Can someone tell me if this is scam or not because am pretty sure it is, and if it is I would like him to get banned or give the nuke back to me.
