After reviewing the evidence, I believe he did RDM+LTAP. Looking at past punishments, he has been in trouble for RDM quite recently. The fact that he also immediately left right after killing you does not help his case either. However, you must provide damage logs for future occurrences such as this one, as they are quite crucial in situations like these. This user shall be punished accordingly.
