Your explanation of how you would deal with a warden who has no mic isn't great and could do with a better explanation. In fac tthe same can be said for the RDM question, your explanation although valid isn't too detailed.

Thats what training is for right. And if they don' t know how to punish someone when they do get the rank. They can always ask a higher-up.

Training isn't to teach you how to write a proper application, or to teach you the rules. You should already know them if you're applying, training is purely to help you learn your new powers.
