I have spoken to Clarky and we feel like you're not trusted enough to come back to our servers yet. You got banned for propspamming which made the server lag. You then started ban evading on another account and got once again. We feel like you need to wait a bit longer and maybe create an apology post and prove to us that you can play on other servers to gain enough trust and show us that you will try your best to change.
If you disagree then you will just have to wait a long time until we feel like you can be worthy another chance.
