Your application lacks a bit of detail and isn’t all correct. Firstly, you would give verbal warnings, which may be what you are referring you, before muting/gagging. Also, only admin+ can ban players and that is quite extreme for someone that is just mic spamming. You will also need to improve your activity. I would recommend applying next week when your activity is up.
