You're a nice guy, I've seen you moderate and you do it well.

A few things:

I personally think you should always tell the person you are unbanning that if the same occurrence happens again they will be banned again. In this situation you let the other person know that they are being watched.

Your "Why Should I be promoted" part is very lacking...
