Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
i have learned allot being a moderator, but i think i am ready for admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
When people werent speaking english i had to ask sally to help me, but for the rest i have been fine, there wasnt allot of situations i could not handle

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I'd tell them, The server is running on Fadmin so to moderate you have to use tab menu, when on tab menu click on any player and there you have muttiple options, MuteChat used to restrict the person from using chat, so they cannot type NAUGHTY things. MuteVoice, this way they can restrict the players voice chat so they cannot say naughty stuff trough the mic. Family share check, you can check if a player is using a family shared account to "ban evade" etc. Than you have have strip weapons this is mainly used if a person is spamming guns and they dont stop when you tell them to. And as last you have kick , this will kick the player, and this is a last matter if nothing worked that was listed before. I'd also tell them that you should always verbal warn them and if they then dont stop take action.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If the person is 100% honest and everything checks out i would have a confersation with a higher up "raeker, sally etc."
to ask for their opinion, if it lines up with mine or we make a agreement. i will accept or deny the appeal based on that. i'd also look how bad the offence was

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be promoted cause i try my best to do as much for the server as i can and i try to moderate as best as i can, its a next step to keeping the server clean from minges trols etc, i believe i can help the server better when i am admin as tp when im mod. ill i will also try to give as much good advice to moderators and help them trough there journy to admin.
