How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: As an admin I felt really happy and exited that I was finally and admin and I got to punish people better. Being an admin definitely changed lots of things in me (Including my attitude).
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I am a good candidate because I've handled many situations that were hard for lower ranked staff members with their problems and I rarely mess up anything. At the end they thank me a lot.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: So I was on server 1 and there was 12 people online and everyone started saying in chat that they are lagging and I was also lagging so first I thought it was server lag. I decided to spectate everyone just in case someone was trying to crash the server and I started spectating this guy (not saying names btw) and he was crashing the server with slams (which you can do when you spawn a lot of slams keep in mind this was a while ago) and I freeze him ask him why he's crashing the server he said: It's fun. So I banned him.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: So I would say in the report that I'm going to handle it and I go on, check if the staff member is on the server and if he's not I'll just ask if someone has him on steam. Once I'm able to communicate with him I would ask him:
Hello there, so there's a abuse report made for your here's the link: (I will put the link here and wait until he sees it)
So is it true that you abused? I would wait for his response and take action about it.
I would accept the abuse report and put the massage for the acception.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would tell him that banning the person for that is way too much time and tell him to unban him and then ban him, but to lower the time and I would tell him that banning him for that reason is this long.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would ask what happened and Id tell them to stop arguing and tell them that we all do mistakes.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would ask him if I can teleport him and ask him why he's breaking a rule and warn him not to do it again and to be careful next time.
