How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been staff for 3 weeks and in those 3 weeks i have done lt duties that i can acomplish as an admin. With HA supervision ofcourse i have trained a couple of moderators and have interacted with the staff team massively.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):

Activity
At this moment in time I am online almost everyday for a long period of time helping players with rulebreaks or stuff in general like how to apply or how to surf. When i explain things to players i always do it slowly so they understand every part of it.

Experienced
I have held multiple LT and normal ranks in my time on zarp. All the way from PH/TTT/JB Mod, SSRP Admin, Murder Super Admin to Deathrun Head Admin. I have dealt with multiple situations involving staff and normal players. I have proven myself many times to be experienced with this kind of poisition.

As I have already mentioned i am currently Deathrun Head Admin and used to be Murder Super Admin in the past. In my time as LT which calculated together is 10 months as Murder LT and 9 months as Deathrun LT.

Everyday I interact with Users and staff, when I do that I give a good example by using good behaviour. When someone is rulebreaking, I calmly ask them to stop and in most cases it works and they see that they're acting pretty childish.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have not encountered any obstacle as my time as admin since not a lot of people hack and staff members don't abuse. Even though I haven't encountered anyone I'll still say some and how I would handle them.

Inactive Staff: When I see that the staff member doesn't have their activity and they haven't made an inactivity notice, I would contact the staff member via Steam, TS3 or Discord asking them if they have any reason to be inactive, If they have one then I would write it down on the one note and tell them to come on when they can. If the staff member doesn't have a reason to be inactive then I would ask them to get their activity that week and if they don't then I would bring them up in the LT meeting where they would recieve an official/demotion or no action.


Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

I would firstly contact the staff member and ask them for the full story, after i listen to them i would ask the player reporting to provide evidence, after reviewing the evidence i would give my verdict.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would speak to the staff member about not being that harsh on the players because we are here to make their gameplay nice and obviously if they're banned for an excessive amount of time they won't like that. I would lower the users ban and ensure that this doesn't happen again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would calm the staff member down so it is easier for me to explain and for him to understand. I would point out what the staff member did wrong and would show them how to do it properly so this issue doesn't repeat. I am always online on steam so they can always contact me if they need help with something.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask both of the staff members to come on TS3 so we can talk this out. Once both staff members have told me their story I would review the evidence that the reporting staff member provides and give out a verdict. If the evidence is valid I would speak to the staff member and bring it up in the LT meeting

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
As previously said we should always be calm instead of being angry and disrespctful, the second thing I would do is help them resolve the issue why they are being disrespectful and starting arguments when we should work as a team instead of fighting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would contact the staff member and tell them that if they don't stop they would have serious consequences and that i would personally watch their actions. Not only that i would tell them that but i would be forced to bring it up in the Lead Team Meeting
