After carefully reading the post, I've decided to accept half of the appeal. The warning about lying will be removed, and indeed the staff members did not check with the admin tool. However, by your story its very well apparent you broke the fading door rule, hence its an illegal nuke. The keypad should've been in a clearly visible spot and very close to the door, which it wasn't.
