Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
link them a well-known surfing video
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
tell them to stop if they do it again or proceed to do it i will mute them temporarily

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
ill ask him to stop exploiting and if he doesn't i will kick/warn him

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): there is not very many staff on the server and i am active. Also my attitude has improved greatly since playing ssrp. I really enjoy playing surf and helping other players play surf. I like to see players get netter at surf although i am not very good. My intentions are to give players a good experience and not a terrible one like people exploiting or mic spamming.
