You don't stand out at all and i don't think i have ever seen you in a meeting, if i have then you definitely need to speak up more and get your opinions heard because i didn't notice you. Your forums activity is improving which is good but you still need to work on improving your leadership skills and making yourself stand out. Your activity is also pretty inconsistent and it would help to show dedication if you could improve that.
