Suggestion Title:
Make an addition to rule 2.2, so it would be changed to this:

"When issuing a warning to a player in-game, make sure that it is through the chat medium so that everyone can see it. You must specify their name so they know that they are being addressed and make sure that you give the player ample warning (minimum of 2). After that you may then declare a KOS on them because of their actions. An example of this would be if a player is following you through the map or body blocking you, then you can KOS them after warnings have been given. After the second-warning it will not be classed as RDM.

How would it benefit the server:
Make it easier for players to know that they are being warned to do/not do something, it will also make it easier for staff to identify whether a player has been warned.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People who have names in different fonts or names that start with a symbol could have an advantage as their name cannot be quickly typed.

Additional notes:
This was made because of a rise in the amount of people with binds that read along the lines of "Stop following w1/2/3", in these cases there is a high chance of people being killed without even realising that they were following someone in the first place as has happened to me. I have a route i normally take to walk around the map and it just so happened to take the same path as another player, as i had no intention of following them i assumed the warnings were not meant for me and ignored them.

This rule may also help in combating detectives with the "HS=KOS" bind, while that bind itself is pretty much meaningless it is still being used by some and has led recently to some awkward situations, for example a detective spammed the bind a few times then killed about 7 people. In that scenario it is already debatable if "HS=KOS" can be considered a warning and was made more difficult to staff due to the fact that because no name was specified it was impossible to know if every player killed had even received 2 of those warnings.

This rule change is hoping to add a little more strategy into the game and make players(mostly detectives) think twice before killing players for small reasons, as they will need to spend more time typing so will have increased risk. It will also hopefully make it more clear for the person being warned, giving them a higher chance of noticing it and following the warnings so they do not get killed.
