You have fairly decent activity on the server during that activity I have spoken to you a fair amount due to you coming in at the times I am normally on, Your interaction with the me is good although I am unsure if any other lead team members have spoken to you aswell so cant fully comment on your interaction with the lead team. I have seen you start to increase your forum pressence aswell as your teamspeak activity although I feel there is still room for improvement. The biggest issue is that you cant attend the meetings, I feel this is one of the main issues that is dragging you behind as its such a large part of being a lead team member.
