Hey, so i see your activity is pretty good, but you lack on other areas. For example, i have no idea who you are, as i have never seen you on forums nor teamspeak. I read you dont usually attend meetings and, as a lead team, you are expected to do so, at least a bit. From what i said above, i suppose you too lack leadership.
