He has more than any other Bhop staff member in terms of time on the server this week, reaches the staff minimum hours for the week and goes beyond it. The consistent activity is there as a recommendation to make sure users are familiar with the game-mode and its rules and is heavily looked upon on highly active servers(SSRP, TTT...) but things like Surf and Bhop it isn't as important given rather little to do, the rules are quite similar across the whole of the community given void has staff on Jailbreak he'll know all of them as there is no specific game-mode rules for Bhop and already has experience with the rank and the administrative system Bhop runs. The point of your post points out the positives more than negatives.
