Ignore blatant rule breaks from gang members, warning me for NLR as a Gang Member RDMs me in front of him.

What happened:

So I was in a gunfight with a Cop when Baxter White decides to join it and kill me even though he had nothing to do with it. I then ask Baxter Black why he is doing nothing about it and he just responds with "You attacked Baxter White first". I then asked why he hadn't warned me or brought me to a sit if I attacked first and he didn't do anything about it. I then point out the fact that the cop next to him is being corrupt by making no attempt to arrest a player with a gun, to which he ignores me again. Then Baxter White starts mugging me IN THE MIDDLE OF SPAWN in front of around 7 other players, gives me 2 seconds then kills me (Cop still didn't arrest, being corrupt again). After being RDMed, I go back to ask why he hasn't done anything about the guy who RDMed me in front of him and then he says "stop breaking nlr". I tell him NLR does not apply if you have been RDMed and he explicitly knew that from the person right in front of him doing it. He then warns me for NLR where I proceed to ask why I was warned for NLR after being RDMed in front of him and ask why he is not doing anything about a gang member breaking rules in front of him and he just ignores me (have video of after I got warned in case anything else happened, screenshot of the console and I'm hoping the logs can provide any extra information needed). I then report this to Oxy and he tells me that Baxter's story is completely different to my story. Would be helpful if someone could at least talk to him about this. I know not all of this can be proved but I'm just hoping for logs to show something and Baxter to be honest about what happened. I would at the very least want my warning to be removed as it was my first warning ever on SSRP and no verbals were given about it.
