The tac is meant to remove the nlr. As raeker said himself in the chat. I also offered you proof of me having a tac and you ignored anything I had said.

It's strange how it's always been like that then and when I asked about it, it was "intended" to be like this.

So an item that removes nlr dosnt remove nlr, i dont understand that. If it removes nlr then Its like a cop in a nuke raid. You are allowed to remember your past life no?

It removes the NLR in the district you spawned in. Hence why it didnt remove
