Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

It's not been long since i was accepted but i feel like i would be a good admin as i would be able to expand the things i could do for the server. I have came across multiple situations where i could've banned someone but was unable to. i have helped out the users that have needed my help and some other staff members who were confused about things.



Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

It would be appropriate to use the ban command in multiple situations and here are a few;

Racism (As We Have A Zero Tolerence Policy Here At Zarp)

Multiple Rulebreaks

LTAP - Leaving To Avoid Punishment (unless it was a small thing like 1 gag just a warn then)

etc.


If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

First of all, i would congratulate them on getting their rank. I'd go over how we expect them to behave and help out when the users need help. Before i went over the commands i would teach then how to bind the xgui menu, i would simply tell the "bind <key> ulx_xgui" in console. Then go over the commands they have like tgag, tmute, gag, mute, warn etc. I would tell about the F6 punishments list. I would answer any questions they would give and answer to my fullest knowledge. They would probably know that they would need to follow the rules as the users look up the all staff members.



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I believe i should be accepted as i am trusted with my powers as i am currently, Super Administrator On Deathrun, Bhop Moderator and Currently Moderator on Prophunt. I feel like this week has been enough to show that i know what im doing as i've handle many situations on my own. I'm still getting my activity up so it will be higher by the meeting. I could do more as an admin as i would have the power to ban when necessary.
