Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Despite the short time i have spent as a moderator, i have had the opportunity to deal with people ghosting and some racism. Unfortunately, in the event of racism i couldnt handle an appropiaate punishment, as i could not use the ban command. As said before, i have not been moderator in PH for long, but i have had enough time to learn the commands and said punishemnts.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
- a user is racist: this must result in a ban due to ZARP´s zero tolerance rule
- a user is mass ghosting: in case of a user ghosting multiple times after being warned will result in a ban to prevent the game from being spoilt further. If a Prop dies and keeps telling his Hunter friend the other Prop´s whereabouts, the gamemode will be ruined for everyone.
- a user repeatedly exploiting: a user who has been exploiting many times after being told to stop and punished for it. This has to be done to avoid the game being unfair towards hunters, as the prop may be hiding in an unreachable / invisible spot
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would start by congratulating him on getting the rank. After that, i would explain the use of Achat and Amute. Having thaat done, i would go on to explain the use and length of punishments handled using tgag, gag, tmute and mute. Once finished with the chat commands, i would explain him how and when to use the slay command, upon door block. Fspec commands follow aas the explanation on how to handle AFKs would be given. After that, i would teach him how to use teleport commands. As the last command, he would learnt the uses for kick. Then, i would teach him how to identify ghosters using the command !friends. Before ending the training, i would give him links such as staff ETHOS or staff powers.

As stated earlier, I have not spent a lot of time as moderator, but I do have experienced with staffing, as i have held 3 Lead Team positions and I still hold 2 of them. In the time I have spent staffing in prophunt, I have encountered multiple racist people and I have found myself unable to correctly deal with it. Im looking forward to continue to staff on the server, as I have noticed theres many times where no staff is available.
