Hello Luna, after taking a look at this report and talking to Black Kid I came to the conclusion to partly accept it. Having KOS signs on RP Houses is completely fine and breaks no rules. However the fact that Black Kid Deleted the F1 that you made against him is not right. I explained to him that he shouldn't remove F1s that are made against him. As I wont be here next week I can't say much about it being discussed in the Lead Team meeting but it will be noted down.
