If you are gonna add in the template you can add in the obvious parts... in the screenshot you can see it's kyber and in the title you can see it's jailbreak, getting the steam ID is not that hard...

I like to leave that to the person reporting to do, if they don’t, it won’t get accepted. They are reporting the staff member not me, so they can make the report
