This is incorrect it’s a zero tolerance policy so 1st offense is bannable as well

And as for you taquya, although I haven’t been on with you I still feel you need more time as a mod to have a deeper understanding for the rules so I suggest if you play with an admin on all the time and ask them any queries you have on the rules
