While from what i have seen of you in game you are doing a decent job. However this application is questionable at best. First RDM+LTAP is not a reason to ban someone on its own, if its mass RDM+LTAP then yes but other than that a warn and a slay will do just fine. Your explain how you would handle an appeal section is fine, maybe could have been a bit more detailed but it will do. As for why you should be promoted i don't think you even read the question because you have given unacceptable KOS reasons instead of answering the question. This really needs to be improved if you want my support.
