What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is ruining the game for other players by giving infromation as how to gat further or beat the death.

Example 1: Giving someone iformation if a trap is allready activated or not.
Example 2: Giving someone thr location whare the death is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

Telling that guy to stop being racist/disrespectful to other players/staff.
If Her/she will continue with this after a warning they will receve a Mute/Gag/Kick (wich one depends on the given action by the disrespecting player)

Why I should be chosen:

I really love gaming and i really love to help people.
so if i would be a staff member i could help people increase thare knolage and fun while enjoying the game.
I also work with a respectfull additude to others, as for this i can help other players nicely.
i can also contain, and calm anger, and remain calm in anger/rage involved situations.
I have also been a moderator on Some other servers before.
Aswel with these given reasons, i got a some decent amount off play time in a week.
