As we have just discussed on TeamSpeak after speaking to yourself & Clarky, it really is quite obvious that Denis is trying to get a reaction out of Clarky the whole time during the video, whilst it isn't offensive or racist or particularly that bad he is just blatantly doing it to try and annoy Clarky.
In regards to the forum ban, perhaps just removing the avatar would have been better. But again instead of appealing you used it as a chance to further try and get a reaction out of Clarky again, heavens knows why.
And finally the TeamSpeak ban, again, as was probably best after the issues you both had on the server, cooling off from each other for a while would have been best. He did tell you clearly not to poke him again, but yet you message him again straight away so again it seems deserved.
This request as it stands is denied but we are more than happy to review your forum ban again tomorrow at the CM meeting if you email us a short appeal.
