What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: As shown in the video he has been extremely excessive and heavy handed with his punishments of Denis, this also extends to other servers with him always giving as many punishments as he can for one thing which is once again shown in the video below. The video shows Denis and Bunnyslippers just having some fun on SSRP albeit nearby to Clarky (which is hardly harassment) and as a bit of an inside joke we would say something like "Clooorky" and just act a bit off our nuts, we decided to have this inside joke but Clarky and his extreme hatred for Denis and Bunnyslippers meant that this was not possible and their fun on the server was ruined by quickly handed out, excessive punishments. Denis' recents increased by 3 (clearly an attempt to raise his recents and get him banned for having a high number of recents) simply due to typing something in OOC which was completely true as he said exactly what Denis put in OOC to him in the earlier sit which can be seen in the video. On top of this he has been noticably excessive with his punishments on the forums with Denis getting a week ban simply for changing his avatar to a picture of someone with XXXTENTACION's hair and the caption of the picture being "look at me im dead". Now while it could be argued that it MIGHT be offensive to SOME people, I'm sure everyone can agree that it hardly warrants a 1 week ban from the forums especially when taken into account the amount of memes and whatnot posted on the forums following any celebrity's death. Overall it can be seen and is obvious that Clarky is targeting Denis and is treating him unfairly when compared to other members of the community. His actions are clearly biased and heavy handed and seem to be more out of spite than with the idea of protecting the server from rulebreakers in mind.

Moving on to the Teamspeak part of the report, it is fairly obvious what has happened, Denis simply joined the teamspeak, poked Clarky asking how his day was in an attempt to make ammends, he responded by asking Denis not to poke him anymore and so he messaged (not poked) Clarky saying that he acknoweledges his request and will not longer poke him and then Denis got a 12 hour ban from Teamspeak for "harassing him". Anyone with a functioning brain can clearly see that Denis did not harass him in any way and definitely did not deserve a 12 hour ban for what he did.

This bias and targeting of community members is not acceptable especially for such a high ranking member and experienced member of the community, Denis was visibly distressed by Clarky's actions and expresses his frustration on a daily basis, he feels unfairly treated and wishes action to be taken on Clarky and so do I.
