All in saying is you have a delay round rule for a reason why the fuck would u need another one for them being semi afk as well which is practically what players do when leeching is just wait in a safe place to get the points or exp if they keep doing this multiple round or do it when let's say there is only a couple runners then it's clearly leeching however you can simply categories it amongst with the delaying rule tbh it's that simple but currently it the servers state now almost every round is won by the runners from what I have seen personally and with many players still alive and only 1 person at the end does that mean that they leeches due to them being slow? The answer is no so this rule isn't even remotely accurate and shouldn't belong in the rules

And for valid examples of this was why the map Minecraft pyramid was removed a couple of times because simply it was full of leechers farming the betting system as people wouldn't go through the 50/50 portals and would wait in the safe area of spawn for points however you can't warn or punish that many players as they all assumed it was normal as staff did this aswell at the time

Leeching should never of even 're surfaced onto the server rules as it can be easily worked around and loopholed and receiving a warning for it is useless as if you give them a verbal chance in chat they will either move or continue the DELAY meaning they should just be warned for delaying
