I feel a big thing with you is maturity as has been said by others, while its perfectly fine to not be 100% serious all the time, from past experience you can take it a bit too far and as an SA you would need to tone it down a bit. Your activity has also been very inconsistent, yeah its good for this week but going back further you have barely played, it would be nice to see this improved before applying for SA as it shows that you are dedicated. Finally it doesn't take mush effort to write accepted/denied, maybe give an actual example of how you would respond in those 2 situations.
