You have very little activity, As others have said we recommend two weeks of consistent activity, Currently you only have two-three days of consistent activity. I suggest you play atleast a week on the server before applying for staff, This allows the staff to see if you can follow the rules during that time and also allows us to see how dedicated to the server you are, It also allows us to see how well your attitude is towards both staff and players.
