Here at our lovely ZARP, we have a zero tolerance policy. This means that staff members have the ability to immediately ban you when you discriminate in any way, in this case it was racism. Personally, I’m a lot more lenient, but that is in no way a requirement. If you showed a little more effort in the appeal, you’d stand a much better chance but at the end of the day, your ban is fully valid.
