Can't argue with that. That's why they made the Lead Team applications always open, so thatpeople would apply when they feel ready and not just when it's open(hint at Rackosher)

That was actually dropped in Raekers application and will be replaced with a more in depth reply stating what people need to work on every week whilst applying for a lead team rank
