After looking at the proof you provided and the post made by Baxter here I decided to accept this. Upon talking to Baxter he agreed with your story. What he did is clear abuse of his moderator power and I made sure this will not happen again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by his actions but if I'm correct he has refunded you for your loss.
