Your gametracker link does not work but from your activity signature you seem to be active on the server. I have not seen you on teamspeak recently and I believe your forum activity is lacking a bit. I personally don't think you stand out enough. I don't know what you are like in meetings but you should try to convey your thoughts and come across as dominant in portraying your views. You shouldn't be afraid to object (I'm mainly coming from the one Jailbreak meeting I had with you). You recently got an official warning on Jailbreak and that should not go unnoticed as it showed you could looked your cool at times.
