Holding the rank of Administrator for over a year on Surf has given me plenty of experience on how to handle situations as I have come across staff needing help, users brining up their concerns and getting these resolved as soon as possible.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:

My consistent activity on the server is one of the best the Surf server has ever seen and with this I have interacted with plenty of regular users and staff keeping their experience on the server as enjoyable as it can be, even if I am not on the server I can be contacted easily via Steam, TS3 or the forums.
I am trusted within the community as I currently hold Super Administrator on Bhop and Head Administrator on
, with this I have gained any additional experience I may not have acquired from being Super Administrator on SSRP.

There was a person clearly cheating on the server I was unable to gather the proof needed for a proper punishment so I just kept an eye on them and contacted a Lead Team member they were able to get on and dealt with the user appropriately.

I would make the person who reported it aware of it being handled and try to get in contact with them for more insight on the situation once I feel I have enough insight I will get in contact with the staff member and get to know their story, after all the information on the situation has been put on the table I will review it and come to a fair verdict.

The first thing I'd do would be to approach the staff member in a friendly and appropriate manner and try to understand why they felt such a long ban was needed, I would then remind them of the Staff Ethos once I've done this I would ask the staff member to change the ban to a more fair length and then myself or the staff member will alert the user to the changes of the ban.

I'd give the staff member a few tips on how to deal with the situation, if they still struggle after this I would explain to them how I would deal with the situation, these steps will be taken to give the staff member more confidence in dealing with such situations, if there is still problems I will step in and let them see how I deal with it and answer any follow up questions they might have.

I would get both staff members together and let them explain their sides of the story without interruptions from one another, once both sides have given their story I will ask for any form of proof either may have to backup their story, if no evidence is provided I will let the staff member being accused leave if no wrong doing has been done, once the staff member has left I will explain to the other staff member why nothing has been done and that I'll keep my eye on the staff member for any ongoing issues. If proof of wrong doing is provided I'll treat the situation like a report.

The first thing I'd do is speak to both staff members separately and try to calm them down before getting both sides of the situation and giving me a view of the whole incident without being interrupted, once I have full knowledge of the situation I will speak to both staff members and try to reach a fair agreement between both parties, if the issues arise again then both staff members will be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting and a final verdict will be voted upon.

I shall approach the staff member in a friendly manner and try to understand why they are doing what they are, if they are unaware of the rule(s) they are breaking I will explain to them what they are and help them understand the rule(s), if they are going out of their way to break rules I will try to talk them into settling down or taking a break and bring them up in the Lead Team Meeting.
