The name "Tigger" is not racist or racist loopholing, simple as.
I used to do this shit of assuming someone is trying to loophole racism, but it is an assumption you cannot make. The name itself has absolutely no links or connotations of racism, and therefore it cannot be considered loopholing.
There is a line between enforcing the zero tolerance policy and just going way too far. I myself have crossed that line several times in the past, and this is a prime example of where such a thing has happened.
