There are some words out there that are just derived from the N word and have a racial description , not gonna go and say the words but you get the point

And Personal Interpretation is how the staff member in question sees the name and decides to act on it . No 2 staff members will have the exact same opinion , whilst one will consider that name to be racist and offensive , the other may think " I don't see a problem with it "

For instance there is a person on the server named Nybrownie , a name that I personally see as loopholing but others don't .

I for one don't see Tigger as being loopholing as it is in fact a cartoon character , but here is when the staff interpretation comes in

You having the history of racism and stuff Henry , staff members will be quick to judge on your intentions of having that name .
