Your first mistake was using the urban dictionary. If I type in cracker for example, you can guess it doesn't return results relating to a tasty snack.

Secondly, his name wasn't wiger. It was Wigerl07. That's Wiger'L'. And the dude had a yoshi profile picture. It was probably some kid.

Also, the 07 is probably his birthdate. Imagine this poor kid when he got kicked and probably had no clue why, apart from having his username as his real name.

This may not be true, but looking at the context it's most likely.
