I think you need more time. Your application is informal at times and you should edit that. I also don't think you stand out as an administrator, nor do you show that much leadership. You should work on your teamspeak and forum activity as I have only seen you on teamspeak twice and appeals on the forums go for up to a few weeks unhandled and you should prove your leadership and forum activity by handling those appeals.
