You are a great staff member, on ssrp. But, i rarely see you interact with users on the forums and on ts3.. You dont speak to all the leadteam, which is kinda important from my point of view, since you'll be working with them side by side, most of hte times. You need to show leadership, and stand out more. Help new staff members, aswell as everyone else ofcourse.
